Honing Your Wsop Skills
Professional preparation for a multi million dollar
experience
Would be World Series of Poker champions will have an opportunity
to be coached by some of the top names (and former champions) in
the game before this year's epic starts.
With a projected 10 000 contestants and expensive buy-ins, participants
may want to take every route they can to improve their chances,
and the WSOP Academy is offering just such an edge.
The Academy is a series of instructional poker camps that has announced
the first-ever Main Event Primer to help pokerheads prepare for
the Harrah's spectacular. The three-day poker school will be held
at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, starting July 3 and ending July
5, two days before the Main Event begins.
A "Dream Team" of instructors, including three pro players
who have won it all, Phil Hellmuth, Greg Raymer and Joe Hachem,
will help their students prepare in order to survive, prosper and
maybe even win the 2007 WSOP Main Event.
The school includes three days of instruction, a VIP party at PURE
Nightclub and two private tournaments, the winners of each will
receive a $10 000 seat to the Main Event.
"Where else could you have lunch with Phil Hellmuth, party
with the top poker players in the world at PURE, have your play
analyzed by Greg Raymer, and have Joe Navarro dissect a tell you’re
giving away at the table?" said Jeff Goldenberg of Post Oak
Productions, the company that produces the WSOP Academy.
